I really enjoyed reading your post on Lewes, having never been to that display myself. Maybe it is one to consider next year! 🙂
]]>I love going to firework displays, when they are done well, and the UK seems to use fireworks for every celebration now so it’s nice to remember why we have them in the first place.
]]>Thanks Charli. The Tower of London is definitely a must-visit place when heading to London but I can also appreciate that if you live in the city, it is not top of your list.
]]>I have not yet visited the Dungeons, but I intend to change that in the near future. I have been told that they try to recreate the atmosphere of begone years so they have added certain smells and the temperature apparently drops quite considerably in areas.
]]>Credit for the photos has to go to Paul; he has the ability to capture the amazing colours and the clarity of each firework as it goes off.
]]>In Britain, as children, we learn about it but I think that the older people get the more frequently we forget about the meaning behind it.
]]>Thanks for the top tip Sammi – the Tower of London is a great place to visit!
